Duties
•    Assist the restaurant manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
•    Enforcing use of checklist, requisitions, and other protocols during each shift
•    Monitor attendance and enforce disciplinary code where appropriate
•    Organise and facilitate training programs for staff
•    Interacts with customers promoting restaurant’s services as well as attending to complaints and queries
•    Maintains established restaurant  standards
•    Assists the restaurant manager in planning and setting up for events and other external programmes

Qualification / Experience
•    Diploma / Certificate in Hotel or Restaurant Management from a recognised institution
•    A minimum of four (4) years post qualification working experience in a similar position

Competencies / Skills
•    Thorough knowledge of Food & Beverage outlet operations including foods, beverages, supervisory aspects, service techniques and guest interaction
•     Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, with guests and employees
•    .Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
•    Must be proficient in MS Office Applications
