HR Bureau Ghana grew out of a passion for managing people in the most efficient and effective way in an organization and our home settings. Incorporated in 2015, we have been privileged to manage several projects in recruitment, training, hospitality services and HR Consulting nationwide. We have been able to build trust and develop relationships with our clients across catering, hospitality, manufacturing, insurance and banking sectors. It is our position to always match the client to the service and continuously raise the bar in terms of the quality of our service and product Offerings. This has been our story; one we believe will continue to evolve in the years to come.
Naa Amaakai Laryea, CEO / HEAD, RECRUITMENT & HR PRACTICE TEAM
With dual responsibilities of CEO and Head of Recruitment & HR Practice, Naa leads a team of business management and HR professionals who aim to attain organizational growth and effectiveness through its people. She has worked on several HR Projects including; developing and implementing Performance Management Systems, led negotiations on staff conditions on behalf of organizations, developed and implemented retention strategies and plans, conducted several placements and talent acquisitions (recruitment) in functional HR and Consulting capacities in the Insurance, Agro-processing, Communications, Banking, Catering and Hospitality sectors.
She has over 14 years of practical work experience and believes in churning out a high standard for every task or project undertaken hence commits effort, processes and operations of the team to such standards
She holds Bachelor of Arts & Master of Science degrees in Psychology and Human Resource Management & Development from the Universities of Ghana and Leicester respectively. She is a member of the CIPD, UK and the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners, Ghana (IHRMP).
Dickson Kpelim Etime, FINANCE CONSULTANT
Dickson is a seasoned finance professional with over 14 years of experience in the insurance, manufacturing and communication sectors. Dickson has extensive experience in handling finance function entailing strategy, business plans, budgeting, Process reviews and risk management, financial and management accounting, financial management, investment management in the private sector and quasi-government sector.
He has worked with Multinational Corporations reporting on compliance requirements with proven ability to improve operations, impact business growth & maximize profits through contributions in financial management, cost reductions & productivity improvements
He holds a master of Business Administration (Finance option) from central University College. He is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, ACCA, UK and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICA) Ghana.
Theodora Clay, HEAD OF LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT
With over a decade of experience in Learning & Development, Industrial Relations and Administration from the mining and communication sectors, Theodora brings to the Management team a strong passion for training and development of talents.
She has facilitated several sessions in Business Negotiations, Customer Service, and Business Communications across the Finance, Communications and HR Services sectors. An ardent enthusiast of ‘getting it right the first time at all times’, Theodora develops and focuses the content of her training sessions to be engaging and practical meeting client requirements. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource from Central University.
