  • Supervise duties of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Oversee and coordinate operational functions of the organization with the view to improve productivity
  • Supervises projects across all departments of the organization
  • Lead business development & marketing activities of the organization.
  • Drive revenue through sales of all Strategic Business Units.
  • Works with Senior Management in developing operational strategies and plans.

  • Represent the company in events, conferences etc.
  • Coordinate recruitment, training and evaluation of employees
  • Processing of staff leave orders, salary upgrades and compensation
  • Oversee all procurement activities of the organization
  • Scheduling of meetings, taking notes at said meetings.
  • Perform bank transactions, payment of official bills, issuing of invoices and receipts to clients.
  • Submit operational reports on weekly / monthly basis.
