Vacancy – Sales Executive The Sales Executive will be required generate new business for all business units of the hotel by analyzing local market trends and competitor activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Works with relevant stakeholders to develop, implement and review sales strategy and plans of the hotel
- Analyses local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business leads
- Increase market and customer share in all business units of the hotel
- Collaborates with Operations Team in developing and managing social media content of the hotel
- Initiate innovative marketing & sales channels, programmes and packages with the view to promote the hotel’s brand
- Negotiate packages with corporate clients
- Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional guest experience
- Attend Sales Promotions, Exhibitions and Conferences
Educational Requirements / Experience
- First Degree / HND in Marketing/ Business Development
- At least 2 years post qualification experience in a similar role in the hospitality sector
- Experience in a sales role with a proven track record of closing sales
