About

Percy oversees the operations desk and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the organization. Percy’s work experience spans over two decades in operations, and people management in the retail and commerce, and hospitality sectors. His career achievements include leading major international and local talent acquisition projects and training initiatives. He has been instrumental in contract negotiations and Staff Conditions negotiations.

Qualification

He is a practicing lawyer and a member of the Ghana Bar Association and the Bar Council of England and Wales. He is also a member of Lincoln’s Inn of Court, England.

Education

University of the Reading, Cardiff University and  Kingston University, UK.
