We are in search of young professionals to provide client service to guests of our client in the Hospitality sector as Guest Service Attendant’s The successful candidates will be responsible for following:


  • To answer all telephone calls and provide relevant detailed information to guests in a timely manner
  • Understand guests needs and provide them with personalised solutions by cross-selling activities and facilities provided by the hotel
  • To provide administrative support to Guest Relations team when required.

Educational Qualification / Experience

  • A minimum requirement of HND / First degree in any discipline from a recognized tertiary institution
  • At least 1 year working experience.

Person Specification

  • Ability to communicate (both written & verbal) effectively
  • Must be proactive in nature and pay attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with people across different backgrounds
  • Resilient with a strong sense of achievement
