Duties

  • Reviewing documents such as identification, educational certificates, employment history to ensure validity of same.
  • Conducting background checks on individuals or companies to verify their credentials, referrals, criminal records, employment history, and other relevant information.
  • Utilizing databases and software tools to cross-reference and verify information provided by applicants or clients.
  • Contacting individuals or institutions via phone, email, or in-person to gather necessary information or clarification on discrepancies found during the verification process.
  • Resolving any discrepancies or inconsistencies found during the verification process through investigation and communication with relevant parties.
  • Monitoring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies regarding data protection, privacy, and verification procedures.
  • Maintain and keeping records of all calls handled to ensure all verification made are followed up in a timely manner.
  • Review of registration documents and entries in software.
  • Assist with registration and renewal of regulatory institutions for the business and subsidiaries.
  • Develops proposals and other marketing material to support business development and marketing activities.
  • Maintaining high standards of accuracy and thoroughness in the verification process to minimize errors and ensure reliable results.

Educational Qualification / Experience

  • Diploma in any discipline with at least 3 years of work experience. Experience in a research role will be an advantage.
  • Experience in a high-volume call center will be an advantage
