Samuel is an experienced business professional with over three decades in HR Practice, Finance in the Manufacturing sector. Throughout his career, he has led major negotiations, overseen pivotal change management initiatives, and conducted numerous learning and development sessions to enhance employee productivity. Samuel's extensive track record of accomplishments and adaptability positions him as a valuable asset to any team. He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development in the United Kingdom and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management in Ghana. His academic background includes an MBA in Finance from the University of Leicester, and an undergraduate degree in Materials Science Engineering from the University of Science and Technology. Currently, Samuel holds a prominent role as the head of the Business Development, and HR Practice Desk.
